After not noticing a difference in my before and after pictures this round I did my foot picture thing and hello :) look not jsut at how much of my feet you can now see but look at how close together my feet are :) *wiggle wiggle*
THIS means so much more then what the scales say and what my measuring tape tells me.
Its THESE things that put the icing on the cake for me. I know so many others who would be able to relate to the fist punch feeling that I am getting right now from looking at these pictures.
Never give up....the small things don't happen over night, they take time, patients and dedication.
